This film opens up blank screen and a voice saying "you gotta open up", the girl replying sounded nervous. there is another women baking a cake with a little girl. she goes to open the door when her boyfriend confesses that he cheated on her.

from the first two minutes of this film the house can be seen it looks really old, a teenage girl is sharing a room with another teenage girl, this suggests they may not be financially stable. she seems to have moved houses alot and not stuck around long enough anywhere. the scenery is really dull, the charcters look quite unhappy which shows that they may not have had a happy past. she is wearing a red dress the color red suggests love passion romance, and as she looks in the mirror she seems as though after so long she seems to be smiling but then when the argument occurs it seems almost natural to the main character as though she is used to it. although this film is titled 'the perfect man' i think it is more family based and trying to live a life without a guy. It seems as though their mother has been let down by many people which has had a huge impact on the childrens lives.

the film opens up with a R&B track playing in the backround, and a women dressed in smartwear all pink with sunglasses appears on the screen.
From these two minutes the audience can immediately tell that the character is someone famous and is a very spoilt brat and gets her own way. The use of pink suggests that the character is very girly. the weather is sunny, there is bright colours such as pink and orange used. a low angle shot is taken to show buildings the view shows an american scenery. the character is all dolled up with make up and heels which shows she takes great pride and care or her appearance

A CINDERELLA STORY
This film opens up with the camera racing through mountains and a castle appears, just as the castle appears the title of the films comes on the screen, straight away the genre of the film can be seen, the audience know that it's going to be a happy romantic film. There is a voice over where a female character starts of by saying 'once upon a time' it now becomes more clearer to the audience that this going to a fairytale story where something is going to go wrong but in the end the character gets their happily ever after. there is an establishing shot which shows san fransisco and the sun is shining.  There is happy music playing in the background, the character is full of smiles and the atmosphere just seems to perfect too last. The two minutes of this films ends where someone says "make a wish princess " and she closes her eyes, the audience can automatically assume that the second she opens her eyes its all about to change. this film  is very typical and predictable the way everything happens.

one perspective

this video i wouldnt really say it was one of our best, we didnt really plan it well, we went straight to filming without planning what we were going to. zarrin did the filming while mujahid and I directed, and we got teachers to act. once we had finshed i helped with the editing, i uploaded the video whilst the others edited. One major thing i learnt from this task is never film without planning also i learnt how to pload succesfully.  one strength of this video was teamwork we all worked with the editing of the film everyone did a bit to help. one major weakness was the planning, because we hadn't planned we wasted so much time when filming thinking about what we were going to do next.

The quiet task!

I think this task went quite well, all except the last scene, reason for that was due to not planning well and last minute we decided to add a scene. the scene was focused mainly on the terms 'yes' 'no' therefore we decided to base it on a exam where there is nothing but silence. in this video i acted throughout the film and helped a bit with the directing.one thing i learnt from this was how to edit and add titles and credits to the video. before editing i assumed it was really easy but then i realised how difficult it is. if i could change something then it would be to plan thoroughly.

the role i took in this was the camerawork, i quite enjoyed it because this was the first time that i did camrawork but i realised doing the camera work isn't as easy as it looks. we had to do a lot a takes of each scene because i kept wobbling the camera, by doing each scene a few times it helped me improve my camerawork. the editing if this film was done by the boys which was done pretty well. the next time i would want to change is working on my camerawork and make it better.
